Who needs CE, and how many hours?
Every MA-licensed salesperson and broker must complete 12 hours of state-approved CE before each 2-year renewal. This course gives you all 12 hours at once, including the mandatory Fair Housing and Professional Ethics subjects.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. This is the only bilingual MA CE course — video, captions and materials in English and Chinese. Specialized terms (e.g. Fiduciary Duty / Encumbrance) keep the English original plus a plain-language explanation.
How do classes work? Any scheduling?

How do I file for renewal afterward?
After 12 hours the system issues a state-recognized completion certificate. Submit those CE hours when you renew your MA license. The certificate includes each course's state code (e.g. RE19RC20).
