Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling at Space Education. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund, how long it takes, and what to expect.

Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following are true:

  1. You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
  2. You have completed less than 25% of the course content (less than 10 hours watched for the Full Course, less than 3 hours for CE Class, fewer than 25 questions attempted for Question Bank).

These thresholds let you genuinely try the course before deciding, while protecting against students who consume most of the content and then ask for their money back.

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@spacereschool.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase
  • The product you purchased (Full Course / CE Class / Question Bank)
  • A brief reason (optional but helpful — it helps us improve)

We'll respond within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase.
  • You have completed 25% or more of the course content.
  • You have downloaded or claimed your Certificate of Completion.
  • Your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing accounts, copying materials).
  • Failing the PSI Massachusetts real estate exam is not grounds for a refund. We provide quality preparation but cannot guarantee exam outcomes.

Live Class Specifics

For Full Course students who miss scheduled live classes:

  • Recorded replays are made available within 7 days of each session at no additional cost.
  • Watching the replay counts toward your 20-hour live class requirement (tracked via anti-skip).
  • Missing live sessions does not entitle you to a refund.

Course Content Updates

We update course content periodically (e.g., when state laws change). Updates do not entitle you to a refund. Your lifetime access includes any future updates at no additional charge.

Stripe Processing Fees

Refunds are issued for the full amount you paid. Note: original payment processor fees may not be returned to you by Stripe in some rare scenarios. We do not charge any additional fees for processing refunds.

Cryptocurrency Payments · 加密支付退款

If you paid with a cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, etc.) via our crypto checkout provider, the following terms apply in addition to the general refund rules above:

  • Refunds are issued in USD-denominated value, not in the original cryptocurrency amount. Because of crypto price volatility, the number of tokens you receive back may be less (or more) than you originally sent.
  • Refunds are sent to the wallet address you originally paid from. We cannot send a refund to a different wallet without additional identity verification.
  • On-chain network fees (gas) are deducted from the refund amount. These fees are paid to the underlying blockchain (e.g., Tron, Ethereum), not to Space Education.
  • Refunds for crypto payments are processed within 10 business days of approval (slower than card refunds because they require manual review and on-chain settlement).
  • We strongly recommend paying with a stablecoin (USDT or USDC) if you want predictable refund value. Refunds of volatile assets (BTC, ETH) are settled at the spot price at the time of refund, which may differ materially from the price at purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please email us first — we'll work to resolve it quickly. Disputing a charge with your bank without first contacting us is treated as a chargeback, and may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of access while the dispute is being processed.
